Boiler and pressure vessel steel refers to the special steel used for making pressure vessel and boilers. Boiler and pressure vessel steel plate has strict requirements on chemical composition and quality control, so as to ensure its minimum strength, enough toughness, and suitable for welding. The boiler and pressure vessel steel plate must meet the special performance requirements of high temperature and low temperature in some conditions.
Heat treatment of boiler and pressure vessel steel plate are: hot rolling, normalizing, controlled rolling, annealing, tempering + normalizing, tempering. Boiler steel plate and pressure vessel steel plate are usually required to have certain strength. 4) JIS G3115 pressure vessel steel plate, JIS G3103 pressure vessel steel plate.
5) GB713 pressure vessel steel plate, GB3531 pressure vessel steel plate.
