Egypt customer’s visit for S355J2 and S355J2+N steel plates

This customer is a Egyptian real gentle man who lives in California, USA. We start contact with this customer in the year of 2023, we quoted him 1200 tons S355J2,S355,J2+N steel plates at end of the year 2023 and sent samples for end users’ evaluation in the year 2024.all things are fine,but he was attracted by low price and short delivery from a Shandong Supplier, so he didn’t placed the order to us at the beginning. He recontacted with us in December,2024,told he was cheated by this Shandong supplier, he paid the down payment, and issued LC in to, but the Shandong supplier don’t ship the goods, then he come back to us, and booked flight to visit us on December 30th,2024. During his this visiting, we discussed solutions of this order, and signed the agent agreement together.
