During the inspection, the following instrument calibration status has been checked for inspection:

The cargoes had been stacked at workshop when BEBON inspector arrived at inspection location. The

quantity check was performed by BEBON inspector as per PO provided by client, details were as below:

4. Packing check

All of profile steel were bundle packing. Each head of bundle was fastened by four steel band

During the inspection, BEBON inspector selected 10% bundle randomly as per size for marking check, was found on one surface of goods. Details were as below:

Result:

The result of marking check was acceptable as per PO provided by client.

6. Dimension check:

Remark:

1. Two measured points were selected for thickness form the longitudinal edge with micrometer.

2. Length and width of goods were measured from one end to another end along the edge of plate with steel tape.

3. Visual Quality Check:

During the inspection, visual quality check was performed randomly by BEBON inspector for the 10% bundles quantity.

Details were as below:

a) No visible defects, such as damage, crack, dent, etc. were found on the surfaces of plates during the inspection.

b) Due to limited conditions on site, just partial available surfaces were checked by Bebon inspector.

c) Maximum rust grade allowable is within Grade B as per SSPC-Vis 1

The result of documents review was acceptable as per PO.

The lot number of MTC is matching goods date.
