Surface quality of P355Q steel plate:
1. The surface of P355Q steel plate is not allowed to have defects such as cracks, bubbles, scars, folding and mixing which are harmful to use. There shall be no delamination on the surrounding surface of P355Q steel plate. If there are the above-mentioned surface defects, it is allowed to clean up, and the depth of clean up shall be calculated from the steel plate practice specification, and shall not exceed half of the thickness of the steel plate, and the thickness of the steel plate shall be ensured to be small. Disadvantages should be smooth and free of edges and corners.
2. Other shortcomings are allowed. The depth shall be calculated from the steel plate practice specification and shall not exceed half of the allowable thickness for public service, and the thickness of the steel plate at the defect shall be not less than the allowable smaller thickness of the steel plate.
