12Cr1MoV steel plate belongs to alloy steel plate. The carbon content of 12Cr1MoV steel plate is 0.12%. In addition, Cr, Mo and V microelements are specially added into the steel to regulate the properties of the 12Cr1MoV steel plate.
12Cr1MoV alloy steel is mainly used after normalizing and high temperature tempering to manufacture superheated steel pipe, conduit, serpentine tube and other corresponding forgings with working temperature not exceeding 570-585℃ in high pressure equipment.
12Cr1MoV steel plate chemical composition: C: 0.08-0.15, Si: 0.17-0.37, Mn: 0.40-0.70, Cr: 0.90-1.2, Mo: 0.25-0.35, V: 0.15-0.30.
