15CrMo steel belongs to pearlitic heat-resistant steel. It has high endurance strength, good machinability and cold strain plasticity below 500-550℃, After normalizing and tempering, 15CrMo steel can be used to manufacture boiler superheater, medium and high pressure steam pipes and headers with steam temperature up to 510℃, and main steam pipes with steam temperature up to 510℃. After quenching and tempering, 15CrMo steel can be used to manufacture various important parts working at normal temperature.
20CrMo material has high thermal strength. At 500-520℃, it still has high thermal strength, good hardenability, no temper brittleness, good cold strain plasticity, machinability and weldability. 20CrMo material is generally used in quenching and tempering or carburizing and quenching state. 20CrMo material is used for manufacturing high-pressure pipes and various fasteners with working temperature below 250℃ and nitrogen and hydrogen medium in chemical equipment, steam turbine and boiler Blades, diaphragms, forgings, rolled profiles, gears, shafts and other important carburized parts in general machines.
