Characteristics of 12CrMoVNi alloy structural steel:
12CrMoVNi is a pearlitic heat-resistant steel. It has high microstructure stability and thermal strength during long-term use at high temperature. It has low overheat sensitivity during heat treatment and no tendency to temper brittleness: steel has high plasticity during cold deformation and can be cut. Weldability is general. But thick wall parts need to be preheated to 200-300℃. Stress relief treatment is required after welding. 12CrMoVNi steel is usually used in a high temperature tempered state, with a service temperature of -10-560℃.
