India final ruling on China and other countries hot rolled sheet and cold rolled rolled anti-dumping

India's Ministry of Finance said that imports from the above-mentioned countries, Mumbai CIF prices are below the minimum price (HRC 478-489 US dollars / ton, hot-rolled sheet and plate 561 US dollars / ton), anti-dumping duties for the import of hot rolled sheet from the above-mentioned countries based on CIF Mumbai and the specified minimum price difference.
According to the latest statistics released by the Joint Steel Works Committee of the Indian Ministry of Iron and Steel, India's hot rolled sheet imports were 1.9 million tons in the 2016 fiscal year (April 2016 to March 2017), down 44% year-on-year. Among them, the largest supply of South Korea's exports to India fell 55% year on year, down to 83.72 million tons; China's hot rolled sheet exports to India about 78 million tons, down 47%.
