German Standard 19Mn6 high temperature structural steel grade

The German standard grade 19Mn6 high temperature structural steel is equivalent to the national standard Q345R and the European standard P355GH. 19Mn6 high temperature and high pressure boiler steel plate is mainly used for the production of power station boiler drum. The production is organized according to the requirements of DIN17155 standard, and the physical quality reaches and exceeds the foreign advanced level.

19Mn6 high temperature structural steel refers to the steel that can show characteristics under high temperature, local temperature up to 600 ℃ and time load. The product shape is defined in the European Coal and Steel Community standard EURONORM79. The weight of all steel grades in the standard is calculated according to the specific gravity of 7.85 kg/dm3. The steel grades under the standard include: UHI, HI, HII, 17Mn4, 19Mn6, 15Mo3, which are usually hot rolled and normalized, and 13CrMo44, 10CrMo910, which are normalized and tempered. Relevant regulations: (TRB) pressure vessel technical regulations, TRD steam boiler technical regulations, TRG high pressure gas technical regulations. If the test temperature is not specified, the test shall be conducted at 300 ℃.

19Mn6 steel plate tensile strength 350-630 N/mm2, yield strength: 185-310 min N/mm2, elongation 17-25%, 0-20℃impact minimum 27-31J. Status: normalizing, heat treatment normalizing temperature 890-950 ℃, stress relief annealing 520-620 ℃.
