Production process: 15MnNi steel is smelted by electric furnace or oxygen converter.
Production process: electric furnace smelting → LF furnace purification → VD furnace vacuum degassing → die casting (continuous casting) → billet (ingot) cleaning and heating → rolling plate → flaw detection → normalizing → sampling → functional experiment.
