ASTM A387 grade 22 plate is chrome molybdenum steel under ASTM A387/A387M standard. It is a pressure vessel grade steel and works well in elevated temperatures. A387 grade 22 steel has good corrosion and oxidation resistance, and adapts well in sour gas environment. A387 grade 22 steel covers 2 class levels: A387 grade 22 class 1 and A387 grade 22 class 2.
