Cooperation between China and Russia benefits the development of the steel industry

On March 21st, the heads of China and Russia held a meeting and signed cooperation agreements for over 80 major projects, with a total amount of over 165 billion US dollars (approximately 1.1 trillion yuan at the latest exchange rate). On March 21st, the Joint Statement of the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation on Deepening the Comprehensive Strategic Collaborative Partnership in the New Era jointly released by China and Russia proposed that the two sides will continue to carry out practical cooperation in civil aviation manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, shipbuilding, metallurgy, and other areas of common interest.

Through the above cooperation areas, metallurgy has also become a key focus and has been listed. This will have a significant positive impact on the development of the steel industry in both China and Russia.
