Nigeria ASME SA106B seamless steel pipe

Our Nigeria customer which including more than 8 subsidiaries. The company is one of the biggest contractor that is professional in oil and gas project and always cooperate with Nigeria government. And they almost repeat order around 2000 tons quantity monthly for steel pipe(A106B A333GR.6 & API5LX60) from us since 2018.

Based on their company’s rules, they have to inspect all the goods before shipment. So their inspector will call on our company every month. Of course, no matter whether customers ask inspection or not, our QC department will inspect all the goods and send inspection report to clients.

Form Dec.2018-May.2019, they have visited our company and warehouse more than 6 times. And the details as below:
1, In Dec.2018 they inspected all the goods at Tianjin port. In order to protecting bevel, all the end with cap.We also put 2 belts on pipe for loading and unloading easily.

2, In Jan.2019, in order to guarantee the quality, we witnessed cut sample and tested in lab(chemical and mechanical test) together with customers

3, In May 2019, this time they also purchased API5LX60 3PE coating steel pipe with 2.8 mm. Their inspector from Nigeria who inspected the dimension and film thickness for each pipe.

4, Until now, there are more than 4 inspector visited our company. Here are some pictures for your reference.

Actually, we were not only supplied steel pipe to them, but also supplied steel plate and profiles. And now we are discussing to build long-term cooperation relationship with them. They want to appoint us as their the only contractor in China.
