Q345B steel plate flaw inspection/detection is to detect cracks or defects inside the steel plate. Commonly used inspection methods are: X-ray inspection, ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, penetration inspection, eddy current inspection, γ-ray inspection, fluorescent inspection, and color inspection. Physical inspection is the non-destructive inspection without chemical changes. There does not seem to be the word normalizing, only quenching. Quenching is a metal heat treatment process that heats a metal workpiece to a suitable temperature and maintains it for a period of time, and then immerses it in a quenching medium for rapid cooling. Commonly used quenching media are brine, water, mineral oil, air and so on. Quenching can improve the hardness and wear resistance of metal workpieces, so it is widely used in various tools, molds, measuring tools and parts that require surface wear resistance (such as gears, rolls, carburized parts, etc.).
