With the current high base of automobile sales, the growth rate of automobile production and sales in the future will be maintained at about 4% level for a long time.

On the other hand, the application proportion of high strength automobile steel is increased. At present, the average application proportion of high strength automobile steel in China is 50%, and the corresponding market space is more than 19.9 billion yuan. Under the guidance of policy and a large number of R & D and production of steel enterprises, the application proportion of domestic high strength automobile steel will reach the current average foreign level (60%) by 2020, and the compound growth rate of market space will reach 12.65%.
