The third is the tare weight, that is, the weight of 304 stainless steel plate packing material.

The forth is the billing weight, also known as billing tons or freight tons, is usually the weight of 304 stainless steel plates referred to by the transport department when collecting freight. Different modes of transportation have different computing standards and methods. For example, railway vehicle transportation is usually based on the marked load of the truck used as the billing weight.
