Q345NQR2 steel is a new Chinese steel grade of 09CuPTiRE-A atmospheric corrosion resisting steel.According to TB/T 1979-2014, Q345NQR2 steel has minimum yield strength of 345MPa.  “Q” is the first letter of Chinese Pinyin: “Qufu”, which means Yield Strength, “355” is the minimum value of yield strength 355 MPa. “NQ” means the first letter of Chinese Pinyin“NaidaQifushi”, which means atmospheric corrosion resisting.R is short for as rolled.
