The technical conditions recommend:
Max. PWHT: 690 ± 14℃ x 20 h,
Min. PWHT: 690 ± 14℃ x 6 h

When the thickness of the steel plate is ≤ 30mm, the full-thickness sample shall be used for the test. When the thickness is>30mm, the full-thickness sample or sampling at 1/4 of the plate thickness can be used for the test.

The notch of the impact energy sample is on the side of the sample, and its axis shall be perpendicular to the rolling surface of the steel plate. Electric furnace steelmaking - LF furnace refining - VD furnace vacuum degassing - plate rolling - flaw detection - normalizing - tempering - steel plate finishing - performance inspection.
