It shows that the microcracks caused by inclusions are the main reason for the failure of A387Gr22CL1 pressure vessel steel plates flaw detection.
The measures to reduce the superheat of molten steel, such as dynamic soft reduction technology, billet and steel plate stacking and slow cooling 48h are put forward. Those methods can effectively improve the qualification rate of A387Gr22CL1 pressure vessel steel plates flaw detection.
