The reason for wrong layer problem of JIS G3101 SS400 hot rolled steel strips

2) The reason of the side guide plate detection component. The position sensor is replaced, and no position calibration, the error between the feedback position and actual position occur, then both side guide plates will not clamp SS400 carbon steel strips. Thus unable to activate the force control, and guide plate is always in the position control state when SS400 mild steel strips get through, resulting in wrong layer problem . In addition, the feedback error of actual pressure value will also cause to wrong layer problem of JIS G3101 SS400 hot rolled steel strips.

3) The problem of JIS G3101 SS400 hot rolled steel strips itself. This edge of SS400 steel strip is uneven, such as camber or waves appeared in the rolling process, will make the side guide plate bear large instantaneous stress. The side with force control regulation will open for the protection of the equipment, and it is away from the mild steel strip to reduce stress. Then JIS G3101 SS400 hot rolled steel strips move between the side guide plates without clamping, and lead to wrong layer problem.

4) The cause of the pinch roll. If both sides position of the pinch roll have too large deviation in coiling process, or the pinch roll put too large pressure on JIS G3101 SS400 hot rolled steel strips, it will generate wrong layer problem.
