The TIGIE tax numbers of the products involved are 7305.11.02, 7305.12.02 and 7305.19.99. The dumping investigation period of this case is from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2020. During the investigation period, the current anti-dumping measures continued to be effective.
On April 20, 2016, Mexico made a positive final anti-dumping ruling on longitudinal and spiral seam carbon steel pipes originating in the United States, Spain and India (tax No. 7305.11.01, 7305.11.99, 7305.12.01, 7305.12.99, 7305.19.01 and 7305.19.99). And formally imposed an anti-dumping duty of US $575.01/mt (excluding longitudinal seam straight seam carbon steel pipe) on the products involved in the United States, US $62.22/mt on the products involved in the case of Spain, and US $81.61/mt on the products involved in the case of India.
