Heat treatment specification and metallographic arrangement of 30CrMnSiA steel plate:
Heat treatment specification: quenching at 880℃, oil cooling; tempering at 540℃, water cooling, oil cooling.

30CrMnSiA steel sheet characteristics:
30CrMnSiA steel has high strength, but it is a medium carbon quenched and tempered steel, which has a large hardenability, so its welding performance is very poor.

The 30CrMnSiA material has high strength and sufficient toughness after quenching and tempering, and the hardenability is also good. After quenching and tempering, the material can be used as grinding wheel shaft, gear and sprocket.
