Manufacturing and construction steps of new oil tank

Before the construction of new oil tank, the conventional equipment and materials shall be prepared, and the engineering quality shall be well controlled during the construction. First of all, according to the design drawings, the bottom plate, wall plate, top cover plate, dragon frame and tank accessories for the construction of oil tank are manufactured.

After the acceptance of the oil tank bottom foundation, the foundation construction is set out, and the oil tank positioning pile is set, the professional surveyors of the construction unit, the person in charge of the construction site and the supervisor jointly set out and measure the foundation engineering, and then set out the positioning of all the oil tank axis. After positioning, the bottom of the oil tank shall be laid and welded. The welding shall follow the principle of short seam first and then long seam. After welding, the vacuum leak test shall be carried out.

After the bottom plate of the oil tank is finished, the first circle of wall plate and the top plate of the oil tank are welded and installed. After the tank top and the tank body are lifted, the third and fourth wall plates are welded and installed in turn until the bottom circle wall plate of the oil tank is welded with the tank bottom. Finally, the accessories of the oil tank are installed, and the overall water filling inspection of the oil tank is completed.
