Localization of large single weight extra thick Cr Mo steel plate

A few days ago, the Cr Mo steel plate with thickness of 172 mm and weight of 49.58 tons provided by BBN steel was delivered to the customer and will be used in oil refining projects. The thickness and single weight of this batch of Cr Mo steel products are the highest in China, breaking the foreign monopoly and realizing the localization of this kind of Cr Mo steel plate in petrochemical industry.

In recent years, in order to meet the needs of national energy conservation and environmental protection, low-carbon circular economy development, and further enhance the market competitiveness, the company has accelerated the pace of product upgrading, committed to the research and development and upgrading of large thickness and high-performance HIC chromium molybdenum steel plate.
