Ministry of Industry said that South Korea has sent a letter to the United States, expressed the South Korean industry’s worry to the United States to take restrictions on steel import restrictions.
The letter said, Korea Steel against the US security impact is limited, the US side of the restrictions on the US supply of raw materials will have an impact, but also combat South Korean investment confidence in the United States. US President Trump on April 20 signed a memorandum of directive to investigate whether the import of steel damage to national security, the US Department of Commerce has held a hearing last month, the survey results are expected to be released at the end of this month.
