Introduction of high manganese wear-resistant Mn13 steel plate

Mn13 steel plate is austenitic work-hardening steel, which has a high level of wear resistance after being subjected to vibration or strong material impact. When used under impact load wear conditions, it has surface austenite structure deformation induced martensitic transformation. The hardness and strength of the surface layer increase sharply with the phase strength change and dislocation strengthening of the structure, but the inner layer structure of the matrix is still austenite, and it still has high plastic toughness.

The actual use results show that the Mn13 high manganese wear-resistant steel plate has obvious work hardening phenomenon in the deformation layer, and the hardness of the surface layer is greatly improved. The high hardness hardened layer resists impact abrasive wear. High manganese steel has excellent anti-wear performance under the condition of strong impact abrasive wear, and has the characteristics of more wear resistance with more impact.

The surface hardness of Mn13 steel plate can reach HB300-400 when the impact load is low, and can reach HB400-500 when the impact load is high.
