50Mn2V steel plate has excellent stealing performance and wear performance, and is widely used in diamond welding saw blade substrates. 50Mn2V is a low-alloy high-strength steel. After heat treatment, it should have good substrate strength, wear resistance and welding performance. It is easy to level and use. It is used to make saw blade substrate, lightweight mold, spring, etc.
The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of 50Mn2V steel shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 709 standard.
The thickness deviation of 50Mn2V shall be implemented according to the B or C category of GB/T709, which shall be indicated in the contract.
