WearTuf 400 is a fully martensitic wear-resistant steel plate that has undergone quenching or quenching+tempering treatment, with a typical Brinell hardness of 400 HBW. WearTuf 400 wear-resistant steel plate has a wide range of uses, with good wear resistance, weldability, and cold forming performance. High impact toughness endows steel plates with good crack resistance during manufacturing and use.

370 - 430 HBW
According to the standard EN ISO 6506-1, the surface Brinell hardness of WearTuf 400 is tested after the steel plate surface is ironed to a depth of 0.5-2.0 mm.
Minimum center hardness applied:
Steel plate thickness w 2C mm: minimum guaranteed surface hardness, 370 HBW
Steel plate thickness ＞ 20mm: 95% of the minimum guaranteed surface hardness (*)
