Corrosion resistance characteristics of SMA570P steel plate

SMA570P corrosion resistant steel plate application:
Weathering steel is made of ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and nickel added. Weathering steel has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance and longevity of components, thinning and consumption reduction, labor saving and energy saving. SMA570P steel plate is mainly used for steel structures that are exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, such as railways, vehicles, bridges, towers, photovoltaics, and high-speed projects. SMA570P weathering steel is used to manufacture structural parts such as containers, railway vehicles, oil derricks, seaport buildings, oil production platforms and containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive medium in chemical and petroleum equipment.

Features of SMA570P corrosion-resistant steel plate:
1. Pure vacuum-refined steel and pure vacuum-refined steel
2. Softened by spheroidizing annealing and easy to cut
3. High hardness during quenching
4. Good dimensional stability after tempering

SMA570P corrosion resistant steel chemical composition:
C: 0.12-0.21, Si: 0.2-2.0, Mn: 0.7-2.0, S≤0.036, P≤0.034, Cu: 0.10-0.40, Al＜0.2

SMA570P corrosion-resistant steel plate has high wear resistance and long life. It is applicable to complex and possibly deformable tool molds.
