A387 GR 12 Cl 2 is an American Standard vessel plate. A387 GR 12 Cl 2 is smelted by electric furnace and LF / VD vacuum furnace refining method. A387 GR 12 Cl 2 vessel plate has the performance of preventing hydrogen embrittlement, hydrogen corrosion, hydrogen stripping, sulfide corrosion in the medium temperature (350-480) hydrogen environment, and has good low temper embrittlement. A387 GR 12 Cl 2 vessel plate is widely used in the manufacturing of chemical fertilizer, petrochemical and thermal power plant equipment, such as synthetic ammonia reactor, coal gasifier, converter and hydrogenation reactor. By using special smelting method, reducing the content of phosphorus, the A387 GR 12 Cl 2 vessel plate can get high brittleness resistance and good impact toughness at low temperature.
