Remarks for ingredients: when the thickness of the steel plate is greater than 65mm, the Mn content can be increased to 1.6 at the maximum; Nb+V≤0.08; when adding aluminum to refine grains, Als≥0.015 or Alt≥0.02. When adding Nb, V, Ti and other alloys element, the lower limit of Al content is not required.
