1Cr5Mo steel is a martensitic metal structure. 1Cr5Mo has good oxidation resistance at about 650℃, good thermal strength below 600℃, and good shock absorption and thermal conductivity. 1Cr5Mo steel is widely used in steam turbines.
15CrMo steel plate is a heat-resistant steel with pearlite structure, which has high thermal strength (δb≥440MPa) and oxidation resistance at high temperature, and has a certain resistance to hydrogen corrosion. Due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloying elements in the steel, the hardening tendency of the steel is obvious and the weldability is poor.
