AISI 431 (UNS S43100) perforated plate is composed of 15% -17% chromium (Cr) and 1.25% -2.5% nickel (Ni) as the core components, with a carbon content strictly limited to ≤ 0.20%. Through quenching and tempering processes, it can achieve a tensile strength of over 1080 MPa and an elongation of 10%, balancing high strength and corrosion resistance. After laser cutting and stamping, the martensitic structure has a pore size accuracy of ±0.05mm and a controllable surface oxide layer thickness within 5μm. It is suitable for harsh environments such as chemical reactor filters and anti-corrosion sieve plates on offshore platforms. This material exhibits stability in high temperatures (≤200 ℃) and weakly acidic alkaline media, with an impact toughness of ≥39J, making it the preferred choice for key components in energy and environmental protection equipment.

In the processing technology, AISI 431 perforated plate adopts the "laser pre cutting+multi station stamping" technology, combined with 275-350 ℃ tempering treatment, to ensure the smoothness and fatigue resistance of the hole wall. Its magnetic characteristics and 7.7g/cm³ density are suitable for automated assembly needs, and it is widely used in aviation fuel filtration systems, medical disinfection equipment, and high-end building curtain wall fields. The recommended heat treatment standard is oil cold quenching at 950-1050 ℃, which can optimize the material hardness to 58-60HRC and significantly improve the deformation resistance of perforated plates under dynamic loads.
