20MnNiMo steel technical standard:
The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of 20MnNiMo steel plate shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 709 standard.
The thickness deviation of 20MnNiMo plate shall be carried out according to the category B or C of GB/T709, which shall be indicated in the contract.
20MnNiMo steel smelting method:
Converter / electric furnace steelmaking → LF furnace refining → VD furnace vacuum degassing → continuous casting / die casting / electroslag → cleaning and heating → rolling → flaw detection → heat treatment → steel plate finishing → sampling → performance inspection.
