If the oil in the emulsion can not be removed in time after high temperature carbonization, it will accumulate on the surface of 15CrMo seamless steel pipe, and the indentation will be formed after rolling. Because of the high oil content in the emulsion, after annealing of the inner wall of the maintenance cover, carbonization will form and accumulate in the inner wall of the maintenance cover. During other processing, these carbon black will be taken to the surface of the 15CrMo seamless steel pipe, thus covering the surface of the 15CrMo seamless steel pipe and affecting the appearance quality. After a long time of processing operations, convective plate and hearth will also accumulate a lot of oil, carbon black and dust and other debris, if not cleaned up in time, will also fall to the surface of 15 CrMo seamless steel pipe.

In fact, the chemical composition and surface finish of 15CrMo seamless steel pipe are closely related to the manufacturing environment and cleanliness. As long as the convection plate, hearth and maintenance cover are cleaned up in time, the surface quality of 15CrMo seamless steel pipe can be improved indirectly.
