SAND BLASTING AND SHOP PRIMER

 In order to preventing steel from rust during shipping, all the steelplates can be do the antirust pre-treatment,sand blasting to SA2.5 according to ISO 8501-1 and shop primer thickness more than 15 micron with Jotun paint.

if there is no special requirment for dry film thickness, our plate always with 15-20 micro mm thickness.
If customer require, we can do it according to their requirement. some like 20-23 micro mm. The cost for this thickness is 30% higher than normaly thickness.The Thickest primer coating is 35mm we can do.
