Rolling - With 18 years rapid development, BBN specialized in the rolling plates. BBN owns advance equipment with German origin, which allows rolling of heavy plates and large diameter cylinders and cones. In addition, we have 2 folding presses with a capacity of up to 500 tonnes, 2 tables with cutting capacity of up to 300 mm for carbon steel, 1 furnace for heat treatment, normalizing) and various light machinery appliances.

Our mill covers an area of 58,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 48,000 square meters. Successfully dabbles in the pressure vessels of ultra-high pressure, Marine engineering machinery equipment, special ship machinery equipment, metallurgical equipment processing and manufacturing. Our mill also has been approved by ASME U pressure vessel, ASME S boiler manufacturing licence. Also certified by nine classification society, including ABS, LR, BV,CCS, GL,DNV,KR,NK,RINA.

Capacity :
Plates thickness: Max 380mm under cold rolling condition. Max 480mm under heat rolling condition.
Plates width: Max 4600mm for one once rolling.
Tolerance: ≦±2mm for Diameter. Angle degree ≦±2mm. Roundness ≦±4mm
