Q420qDNH steel plate production process and cutting process:
Production process: initial refining → LF refining → VD treatment → continuous casting (mold casting) → cleaning, heating → rolling → (stacking) → surface inspection → batch → flaw detection → heat treatment → cutting sampling → performance inspection

Cutting process: Q420qDNH steel plate shall be cut according to the cutting process after all performance indicators meet the requirements in the factory inspection. Cutting and drawing blanking can be carried out. Generally, when the thickness of steel plate is not more than 20mm, CNC plasma cutting or CNC laser cutting is preferred. If the thickness of steel plate is more than 30mm, CNC flame cutting is usually selected to control the cutting accuracy and time.
