900 tons SUS304 stainless steel square pipe to India

Our client purchase more than 900 tons stainless steel square pipe from India.And we do the inspection for each one pipe before shipment.During the inspection, the inspector saw that the surface of the square pipe kept the original color of the stainless steel, no fracture, no depression and other quality defects was found. The following photos show information:

1,Quantity check

In the production workshop, the inspector saw that the square pipe was tied with steel strips in seven bundles. In a word, the quantity is correct.

2. Dimension check

During the inspection, the inspector checked the sizes of about 10% steel tubes of the total amount, and all the dimensions have got our clients esteemed approval.

3. Packing check

These 7 bundles of 304 square pipes are packed with the steel strips and wrapped by the weaving bags. The following photos show these details.

4. Chemical check

Our company invited a third party inspection organization( PMI ) to test the chemical compositions of 304 square pipes, and the result is in accordance with the order requirement.

5. Container loading check
