Type 201 is an austenitic chromiumnickel-manganese stainless steel. We called A240 201 in ASTM standard, SUS201 in JISG4303 standard, 1.4372(X12CrMnNiN17-7-5) in Europe standard, AS 201-2 in Australia standard, SA240/SA240M 201 in ASME standard. They are equivlence material. The most important chemical component are Cr and Ni element. These two elements decide the quality and cost of 316L. Cr is between 16.0-18.0 and Ni is between 3.5-5.5.

201 stainless steel coil has cold rolled and hot rolled two kinds. The thickness of cold rolled coils is 0.15-8.0 mm, the width is 30-2000 mm. For hot rolled stainless steel coils, we can offer 2.5-20 mm thick, 1000-3000 mm wide coils. 201 stainless steel coils are widely used for manufacturing large tank, railway vehicles,containers,heat exchangers,and industrial pipes.
