Stainless steel surface finishes

Stainless steel products has the advantages of  environmental protection and recycling, the characteristics of bebon’s stainless steel is that it uses high technical and it has high added value, including hot-rolled steel, cold rolled steel, stainless steel medium plate, we mains product vaustenitic stainless steel, ferritic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel ,dual phase steel and so on.
Hot rolled products
NO .1 finish
Hot rolling, annealing and pickling. This results in a dull,slightly rough surface, It Commonly used in cold rolling materials, it is used for industry, chemical industry equipment, etc.
cold rolled products
NO.2D finish
.After cold rolled ，heat treatment and picked , its material is soft, the surface’s color is silvery white.it is used for deep stamping processing, such as automotive components, pipes, etc
NO.2B finish
after dealing with the NO.2D finish, it also need use  polishing bar to do mild cold rolling so as to obtain appropriate luster.it is brighter than 2D,This is the most common surface finish processing, the processing is also can be used as the first step in the polishing.it is used for the general material
NO.3  finish
This is a ground unidirectional uniform finish obtained with 100-120 grit abrasive, It has better gloss and discontinuous coarse stria.it is used for building inside and outside decoration materials, electrical appliances and kitchen equipment, etc.
NO.4  finish
This is a ground unidirectional uniform finish obtained with 1150-180 grit abrasive. It Has better gloss and discontinuous coarse stria,  its stripe is better than NO. 3.it is used for bathroom, building inside and outside decoration materials, electrical appliances, kitchen equipment, food equipment, etc.
HL finish
using appropriate particle size of polishing abrasive belt grinding, making the steel which had done No. 4 finish has hairline brushed surface.It is used for  building decoration, elevators, building doors, panels, etc
