How to Process the Surface of Stainless Steel Plate?

 The surface of stainless steel plate is needed to process in order to avoid corrosion. There are many methods to process stainless steel plate. The most commonly used methods are surface whitening treatment, surface mirror-bright treatment and surface coloring treatment. 

Surface whitening treatment: In the processing of stainless steel plate, it will produce black oxide after coiling, bar edgeing, welding or roasting through artificial surface heating treatment. This hard gray black oxide main ingredients are NiCr2O4 and NiF two kinds EO4. The old way is to use hydrofluoric acid or nitric acid to remove. However, these methods are high-cost, harmful to environment and human.  polluting the environment, harmful, corrosive larger, gradually be eliminated. At present, we often use sand-blasting and chemical method. 
Surface mirror-bright treatment: According to the complexity of stainless steel processing and users’ requirements, we can respectively use mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, and electrochemical polishing methods to make stainless steel plate surface mirror bright. 
Surface coloring treatment: We can colour stainless steel colored stainless steel products with various colors, variety of products, which also improves the products’ wear and corrosion resistance.
