Quatro plate is the steel through hot rolling, to processing the slab for large, thick, fine steel products. The thickness required by the products can be realized by rolling back and forth in the mill.
Quatro plate tendency to use medium plate rolling, can get wider and thicker products than CPP plate. Product range of up to: 5-400 mm thickness (but the commonly is to reach 150mm), wider than 5000mm, and can reach a maximum length of 35 meters. The weight of a single product can reach 35 tons or more.
According to different levels of steel -- by carbon, alloy and stainless steel terminology to distinguish -- products used in shipbuilding, pressure vessel / boiler, marine construction, large diameter oil / gas pipelines, construction / mining equipment, railway and engineering mold and so on.
