1. The production process of the boiler steel plate:
The boiler steel plate is a kind of comprehensive mechanics performance, the demand is higher, more pure and smelting steel structure and composition of micro alloying elements on the impact on performance sensitive material. Therefore its production technology key ingredients are reducing steel smelting optimization of inclusions, choosing the right amount of micro alloying element, using the control surface rolling, improving quality, stable limitation impact and other technology applications. The technical manufacturing process is: quality molten iron - purify processing - composition optimization and steel purification of smelting steel furnace-rough micro alloying and refining furnace-continuous casting - quality slab - protection control heating furnace-rough control temperature rolling - plate type and plate thickness control - control cooling - products.
